The MMA focuses on grappling and BJJ, kicking based from several styles of martial arts with various striking and boxing techniques. We offer classes in (SAS) Brazilian Jui-jitsu, Authentic Muay Thai, world class Boxing, and Kickboxing all taught by highly decorated and champion instructors with a combined total of over 150 years experience. Aside from our rigorous class structured programs, we believe in total body conditioning. Some of the apparatus we train with is the versa climber, the grappler,battling ropes, kettle bells, free weights, and heavy equipment tires.
