Head trainer, and coach, of the Middletown PAL Boxing Club , Middletown NJ.

A non-profit organization that offers the residents of Middletown and the surrounding Bay-Shore area exposure to the sport of Boxing.

S.C.A would like to welcome Professor Tony Rivera as our new head of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Professor Tony began his BJJ journey in 1998 & have had the honor of training with many world class champions & masters such as Renzo Gracie, Ricardo Almeida, John Danaher, Pablo Popovitch, Vagner Rocha, & Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu. In Sept of 2010 he received my black belt from World No-Gi Champion Pablo Popovitch. He now represents Team Renzo Gracie & continues his education in Brazilian jiu-jitsu at his NYC Academy where current UFC champions GSP, Frankie Edgar, & many more MMA & world champions train. His passion is teaching the great art of BJJ & seeing all of my students succeed in their own journeys.

Bootcamp/ Extreme Fitness Morning Classes

We are proud to announce that we will be offering Bootcamp & Extreme Fitness classes 3 days a week in the morning starting March 5th, 2012. The gym will be also be available for open mat workouts, weightlifting, or cardio.

The gym will be open at 8:30am and classes will take place at 9:30am with open gym to follow for the rest of the day.
